Reports
Reporting in KeyOne lives inside Dashboards — build a live view once, then export or print it as a PDF report. About 2 minutes.
Reports and Dashboards are the same concept: a saved, live view of KeyOne data. Rather than maintaining a separate report-definition workflow, you build (or generate) a dashboard and use Export / Print to turn it into a shareable report whenever you need one.
Route: /app/reports
Producing a report
- Open Dashboards and select the dashboard you want to report on — a widget dashboard or an HTML “War Room” exec pack.
- Click ⎙ Export / Print in the header.
- A clean, print-ready view of the dashboard opens with live data.
- Use Print / Save as PDF to produce the PDF, or print directly.
Because dashboards are bound to live data, every export reflects the numbers at the moment you run it — there is no separate rendering pipeline or run queue.
Recurring packs (QBRs, distribution reviews, field performance)
Build the pack once as a dashboard — with the time range, category, region, or territory filters it needs — and re-export it whenever the review comes around. You can also ask KeyChat to create or update a dashboard for you; see KeyChat.
